Mobile Service Units

MSS introduced the Mobile Service Unit (MSU) in early 2007 to reach the underserved by taking services to people’s doorstep. The MSU is an additional service to the MSS outreach camps as it allows for greater access and reach to scattered populations over difficult terrains. MSUs provide the following services:

• Pills
• Injectables
• Marie Stopes Ligation and Vasectomy Procedures
• IUCDs
• Counseling on Family Planning, Male, Adolescent and STI issues
• Pregnancy Test
• OPD and
• Condoms
• MSP
